Background and Aim the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of video surveillance systems in disciplinary crime prevention in the city of Hamadan. Method The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method, which was performed by survey technique. The statistical population of the study was 250 employees of Hamadan police command, including line and staff in the deputy of operations, preventive police, ICT, police chiefs and city dignitaries. The sample size was calculated by Cochran relation of 148 people and selected by stratified random sampling method. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the data collection tool was obtained through face and content validity and its reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 85. Data analysis was performed using t-test. findings Based on the research findings in the component of reducing the opportunity for crime through video surveillance system, the index of "integration of video surveillance systems with other systems" with an average of 4. 22, in the component of organizing formal surveillance, the index of "systems expansion in crime areas" with an average of 16. 16 4 and in the component of electronic monitoring through video surveillance system, "scheduling systems for warning in case of crime" with the average of 4. 01 received the highest scores. Results if the capabilities of video surveillance systems are used well, it will be possible to reduce the opportunity for crime, improve formal surveillance of neighborhoods and electronic surveillance to effectively prevent crime.

Today, technology plays an important role in the process of transformation in organizations, technology grows in the context of science and seeks to solve problems in a practical way, therefore, in order to reach desired goals and solve problems through the use of technologies, identifying the components which is the driving force to reach the desired situation in law enforcement crime prevention, constitutes the purpose of this research. The current research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and in terms of qualitative method. The statistical population includes police elites, 14 of whom were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and was used to ensure the validity of the professors' opinions and for the reliability of the open test, comparison and repeatability method.The collected data were analyzed by thematic analysis method and using "Maxqda" software. Based on the findings, while identifying the dimensions of the research including; 1-Strengthening and development of preventive technology capabilities and 2- Development and improvement of processes and work methods in law enforcement crime prevention, 10 and 7 components were identified for the first and second dimensions, respectively.

One of the serious harms of developing societies is the increasing number of street children who often earn their living through begging, delinquency, seasonal false jobs, and so on. Providing security by the police for this vulnerable group, due to the type of preventive measures appropriate to this group, will not be possible without identifying internal and external harms; therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify the disciplinary prevention of victimization and delinquency of street children in order to assess the expected situation to achieve ideal conditions. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive (qualitative-exploratory) in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study includes commanders, managers and experts of the police who have a background in the field of police disciplinary prevention; and purposeful judgment and snowball methods were used to select the sample. This study reached the stage of theoretical saturation by conducting 25 in-depth interviews and then the data were analyzed by theme analysis method and based on Mirzaei three-dimension classification, the themes were classified into: structural, behavioral and contextual. The Following themes were identified: Four main components or themes in the “ structural dimension” including organizational structure, goals and strategy, processes and methods, material and financial resources; four main components or themes in the “ behavioral dimension” including training, motivation, experience and skills, and organizational culture; five main components or themes in the “ contextual dimension” including social and cultural, client, supporting infrastructure and principles, legal contexts and interaction with the external scientific environment. The results obtained from the analysis of themes, components and indicators of disciplinary harm prevention of street children show there is a long distance between the current situation of prevention with the expected situation according to the rules and international standards of children and adolescents and the process of crime prevention measures based on the 85 indicators and damage identified by the researchers and finally, suggestions are made to correct and strengthen the indicators obtained by the researchers.

Objective The present study aimed to identify disciplinary management approaches in the prevention of substance-dependent women's crimes in the city of Shahryar. Method The current research was descriptive-analytical conducted with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the present study included experts and specialists in the field of disciplinary management and local managers in the city of Shahryar who were selected by purposeful or judgmental sampling method, and based on the principle of theoretical saturation, interviews were finally conducted with 13 people. The data were collected based on a semi-structured interview, and to analyze the data, a directed qualitative content analysis method with sentence-by-sentence analysis technique was used. Results Based on the findings of the research, 18 disciplinary management approaches in the field of situational prevention, 29 disciplinary management approaches in the field of social prevention and 13 disciplinary management approaches in the field of criminal prevention were identified. Conclusion The results of the research showed that continuous training of substance-dependent women, equipment of police patrols, and also collective efforts of all involved organs affected the prevention of substance-dependent women's crimes in the city of Shahryar.

Background and Aim Among the various factors related to high-risk behaviors of young people, anger management skills and their resilience as a set of psychological skills and talents is one of the most important predictors of high-risk behaviors and consequently the order and security of human society. It is considered because there are intertwined and complex relationships between them. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of developing a structural model of the role of anger management skills on youth high-risk behaviors mediated by resilience. Methodology In this descriptive-correlational study, 383 undergraduate students of Tabriz Azad University participated in the present study online by available sampling method and through virtual classes, and were asked the anger control skills questionnaire by Hajiati et al. 2008), Wagnild Resistance (2009) and Iranian Risk Questionnaire (2008). This method was chosen due to traffic restrictions when the corona risk becomes serious. Then, structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the statistical data. Results The results showed that the proposed model has an acceptable fit. Because it was specified that the direct effect of anger management skills on high-risk behaviors (0. 001), P (β-0. 363 (indirect effect) (0. 022)), P (-0. 4277 (as well as the total effect between variables) / 001 0), P (β-0. 424), all three of which are statistically significant, which means that anger management skills are directly and indirectly significantly related to high-risk behavior.

Background and Purpose: One of the most important issues facing the commanders, chiefs and managers of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran is maintaining order and security in society and preventing crimes. And without a proper model and strategy, it will not be achieved. Therefore; the present study aimed to identify and present a model of public participation in disciplinary management of crime prevention. Method: The present study is a quantitative (survey) research. The statistical population, including managers and senior experts of NAJA in the field of public participation and law enforcement management, are responsible for crime prevention, and the sample size of 220 people is estimated based on the Cochran's sample size formula. Random sampling method is classified. The research data were analyzed using Smart PLS software (confirmatory factor analysis test, t-significance test, Cronbach's alpha, hybrid reliability and convergent validity). Results: in this research, we show the results of confirmatory factor analysis and meaningful test t test; population and social participation model; 3 individual dimension individual; group and community; 7 elements (participation with intangible motivation; participation in information delivery; participation in information delivery; participation in information delivery; participation in public participation; public participation, participation, public participation Conclusion: The police should participate in prevention in the form of a participatory and community-oriented approach and hold all citizens responsible for maintaining lasting order and security. A better interpretation of public participation in law enforcement management is crime prevention.

Drug abuse prevention among students  to be planned and enforced a disciplinary regulation that prohibits all effective conducts including abuse advertising or encouraging, possessing or distributing abuse means explicitly. Also excluding measures could not be used against addict students without regarding redundant the correctional purposes and mechanisms. Because this manner of treating leads to ignoring the causes and focusing on the effects, then it deprives education by which makes him more addicted. moreover the proportionality between the disciplinary sanction and the violation has an effective role in achieving preventing purposes. This study was descriptive-analytic and targeted to explain the shortcomings of the “ students disciplinary regulation”, to play preventing role. Regarding criminological basics this study shows that the “ regulation” lacks the necessary probabilities to drug abuse prevention among the students,  because of shortcomings in legislating all conducts related to substance abuse as violation, ignoring correctional mechanisms, and disproportionality in penalizing.

In the police force, the special units have the greatest role in calming the urban unrest and establishing order, and the most important element of these units in this regard are the commanders; Therefore, it is necessary for them to have different command skills. Today, virtual social networks such as Telegram and Instagram are faced with the expansion and welcome of Iranian users and due to the availability and speed of information and news exchange, one of the most influential media of today. They have become disguised. Social networks and cyberspace can quickly excite and excite their audiences and provide grounds for chaos, urban unrest and civil unrest. This research in terms of purpose; It is applied and is in the field of field studies. The method used in this research; It is quantitative-qualitative and of survey type. For data collection, the method mixed with interview data collection tools and a researcher-made questionnaire with 32 items of 5-point Likert scale were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha test and using SPSS statistical software for each of the dimensions and the total coefficient was 0. 884. The statistical population includes cyberspace experts, urban anomalies, law enforcement prevention, social studies and experts. The sample size (n) was obtained using Cochran's formula and the error level of 5% was equal to 83 people. Analysis of Findings To test the research hypothesis with t-test at a significant level of error of 0. 05 and positive confidence limits, the amount of disciplinary prevention in virtual social networks with urban disturbances is significant. Therefore, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between urban riots and law enforcement prevention in virtual social networks (Telegram and Instagram) (P <0. 01) and the research hypothesis is confirmed.

The main objective of this study is presenting disciplinary pattern for prevention from crisis through answering two following questions: 1- crisis prevention with disciplinary approach includes which elements? 2- what is the effectiveness of each one of these elements on the crisis prevention process? After studying the literature of this topic based on Rosenthal Theory (2004) concerning that crisis prevention is in accordance with inventive and contingency methods and approaches and using modeling technique will provide more complex perception of dynamisms related to the extension of crisis. The sampling group has been consisted of 25 officers and commanders of police force who were expert in crisis affairs, were selected and their opinions have been compiled via Delphi method and the data were analyzed by principles of fuzzy logics in group decision making in order to reveal the relationships between variables. According to the answers of questions, this research introduces and specifies pre-exploration, prediction and preparation as three main elements in disciplinary prevention process. The effectiveness of pre-exploration is more than two other elements. For each one of the elements, dimensions were determined in order to present applied strategies through their combination and composition for optimum use of research model.

Background and objective: Clubhouse is one of the latest established social networks that relies solely on voice and is rapidly expanding in the world and in Iran. The main purpose of this study is to examine the challenges of law enforcement and social crime prevention in this social network.Methods: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research and in terms of nature it is considered as an analytical research and the research method is qualitative. The statistical population of the study includes 18 IT Police managers and experts in cyberspace and media. Sampling was done purposefully. Interview method was used to collect the data while using library resources. The validity of the findings was done through the opinion of other experts (triangulation technique) and reliability was done by carefully guiding the interview process, interpreting convergent interviews and finally with the opinion of experts. The theme analysis method and MAXQDA software were used to analyze the data.Findings: The challenges of law enforcement and social prevention of clubhouse crimes have 5 main themes including legal, executive, social, cultural and technical challenges, which have a total of 53 sub-themes.Results: For successful law enforcement and social prevention of crimes in rooms with inappropriate content in the clubhouse a set of measures such as resolving legal issues, strategizing police enforcement, developing social prevention and cultural planning, and allocating simultaneous technical facilities should be included.
